Our Class Rules

I Will . . .

I will act safely while in school.
I will follow the rules in all my classes, on the playground, in the lunchroom, and on the bus.  I will walk in the school building.

I will treat all property with respect.
I will use the furniture properly, take proper care of all books and supplies, and ask  permission to use someone else's property.

I will respect myself, and others.
I will wait for my turn, and I will take an active part in discussions and demonstrations.  I will cooperate with others and be supportive.  I will not disrupt other classrooms while in the hallway.

I will take responsibility for learning.
I will learn to the best of my ability.  I will be prepared for class.  I will be an active listener and participator and ask questions when I don't understand.  I will keep track of my progress.

I have the right and responsibility to have a good learning environment.
I have the right and responsibility to learn everyday.
I have the right and responsibility to express my opinion.
I have the right and responsibility to better myself.
I have the right and responsibility to find solutions.
I have the right and responsibility to make a difference.
I have the right and responsibility to stand up and defend myself.
I have the right and responsibility to maintain and protect my rights.
I have the right and responsibility to maintain and protect my fellow students' rights.
